Looking at a range of aspects of the modern world in contrast to one another, perhaps this will help us to see what is of more importance given the current state of affairs. Our environment is changing rapidly and we are not keeping up with the change, in fact as a mass we are doing the opposite, continuing on as if nothing is changing. Yet there are places in the world such as Kiribati that are already going underwater and the President of the United States, one of the largest polluters in our history is denying the connection between human activity and climate change.
This film in its pace hopes to reflect the overload of information we face today, but in some way I hope it acts as the antidote to the brainwashing we experience everyday from the controlled media outlets that either want us to consume something from them by preying on our insecurities, or mould our minds to think in a particular way to achieve political ends. I hope it raises the flags on a few issues we face, trying to create a more urgent feeling in regards to creating change.
